“comma”

I believe that this is the name of the line from Moda.  Just loved the fabric, and purchased a bit during my winter away. In my world, it’s somewhat impressive, that I’ve made such a new fabric into something; no ‘ageing’ process this time.  Firstly, I made a quilt; the pattern is from Quilty magazine. When you look at it closely, you might notice that the larger squares have ‘half square triangle” corners. I cut off these corners – wouldn’t want to waste!  I sewed them together, and came out with a lot of squares!! Firstly, I sewed them into rows , and then I added some green strips between (still using up the small amount of remaining fabrics).  There were still some left, so, I stitched them into squares and made them into a pillow.  I do still have scraps – but, I’d better get to some gardening , etc, etc!!imageimage
